For her first Mother's Day Alison wanted to have a family photo session. Such a great way to document this beautiful family and not to mention the crazy love they all have for the first baby and first grandchild on each side. Those eyes those cheeks, such a sweet little guy!

I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet little family a couple of weeks ago to take some newborn photos of Hannah. I'm sure she has changed already, but I always feel so lucky to be able to capture moments when babies ares so tiny.

Growing up in a family with sisters and one brother I have always been more attune with the sisterly relationship. Recently I have had some great fun taking photos of families with boys and getting to capture the bond between brothers. The way the little ones look up to big bro shows early and is so sweet. I had such fun with the Cox brothers here are some of my favorites.

Another mini Jlooper was born just about two weeks ago and I had the pleasure of taking some photos with the Jones family once again! In the midst of all of the family Christmas card photo sessions I got to do this lovely shoot. Rather than focusing on getting that great shot for a card this Mom really wanted to document this moment in time for each of her boys milestones; 6 months, 3 years, and 5 years. I nearly squealed when I saw these knit bow ties she had for each of the boys, aren't they just the cutest. Not to mention such handsome little guys too!

Our tiny neighbor is about to turn ONE, so we took some photos to commemorate her cuteness. This family lives just a couple doors down from us and it has been so fun to watch Cordelia grow into the most adorable little one year old. I love all the props they brought for the shoot, such great additions to the photos.

These were taken in sequence; I don't know if we even discovered what he was so interested in but I love the expression. Not to mention the little vest!

I had so much fun taking photos of Mr. Knox, not only is he the son of some of our closest friends, he is such a cute smiley guy! What a little champ he was letting me snap away without any fuss. He is 5 months now, but here are some photos I snapped when he was just a couple of weeks old - my how he's grown!

Knox is lucky enough to have a phat nursery designed by Andrika King of Nursery Notations.
Taking baby photos in the nursery is great so when you frame them and put them up they coordinate perfectly.

I had such fun meeting baby Connor last weekend. Such a cutie and man did he do great while we called his name, wiggled his little dog Blue and snapped away. He just loves to make cute little fists and it was great to capture his little 7 week old personality.

You first met Ava inside her mommy's tummy then saw her infant shots here and YES she is still a little angel baby now 5 months old and growing up quick. I took these of my little niece Ava up at my Mom's house in Ojai on Monday - such a lovely day!
Such a little sweetie - we caught her cute smile! We have to snap away now before she can squirm and run like her sister and cousins.
Since I grew up in Ojai in the late 70s and 80s the style of filter on these seems particularly Ojai to me!
My little niece has arrived and she will have a very well documented life as I hone my photography skills. So loved and so sweet!
